This house is full of charm and character, starting with the art that takes center stage in every room. When placing paintings throughout several areas, I love using a mix of different sizes, mediums and genres on different walls. Some spots have one large, dominant piece, some have gallery walls, some have a series of prints or paintings hung in a grid, and so on.

The gorgeous Farrow & Ball paint color on the kitchen cabinets is one of my all time favorites and changes with the light throughout the day in such a pretty way. It’s not quite a neutral, and while it has strong undertones of greens and blues, it doesn’t scream out as being one of those colors.

From the bright and colorful kids’ rooms to the comfortable and pet-friendly family room, we brought an approachable sense of interior decor to this Rolling Hills Estates home.
